1. General
By using the Trialoo platform you agree to these terms. The platform connects client brands with independent product testers.
2. Account
You provide accurate data and are responsible for your account security. One account per person or company.
3. Tester obligations
Testers provide only honest reviews based on real experience. Positive reviews are not required. Falsifying evidence is prohibited.
4. Brand obligations
Brands are responsible for product info, coupons and budget. Rewards are paid for properly completed tasks.
5. Rewards and payouts
For approved tasks the balance is credited with the stated reward. Payouts follow your details. Trialoo may charge a commission.
6. Prohibited conduct
Fraud, multiple accounts and falsified evidence are prohibited. Violations may lead to account restriction/removal and reward cancellation.
7. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for relations between parties or product quality.
8. Governing law
Governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes — Lithuanian courts.
