1. Data controller

The Trialoo platform is operated by Trialoo ("we"). For data protection questions: privacy@trialoo.com.

2. What data we collect

At sign-up: email, name, account type. For testers: phone, delivery address, payout details (IBAN, account holder). While using the platform: task data, reviews, photos, balance history, technical data (IP, device — for fraud prevention).

3. Purposes and legal basis (GDPR)

We process data: (a) to perform the contract; (b) based on your consent; (c) for legitimate interest (security); (d) for legal obligations (accounting).

4. Data sharing

We share only what is necessary: with client brands, payment and IT providers (e.g. Supabase). We do not sell data.

5. Retention

We retain data while the account exists and for legally required periods. On account deletion data is removed or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, port your data and withdraw consent — privacy@trialoo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
